The appeals concerned issues related to labour relations, pension provision, enforcement of executive documents, alimony, protection of honor and dignity, housing and property rights, as well as matters related to investigative proceedings.

In addition, appeals submitted by close relatives of persons held in custody were thoroughly reviewed.

For each appeal, legal explanations were provided in accordance with the current legislation. Certain issues requiring additional examination were taken under the Ombudsman’s supervision and forwarded to the relevant regional representatives for on-site review.
