Initially, appeals received from this region were analyzed, and the most pressing issues for the population were identified. Deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, Gulnora Abduvakhidova and Oybek Yuldashev, as well as representatives of relevant organizations, were involved in addressing these issues.

The next open dialogue within the framework of the project took place on 27 August 2025 in Buloqboshi District, which is considered a remote area of the region. Nearly 200 citizens from the “Uchtepa,” “Qashqar,” “Zargaldoq,” “Yuksalish,” “Tinchlik,” “Yorboshi,” “Bozorboshi,” “Rivoj,” “Istiqlol,” “Sanoat,” “Shirmonbuloq,” and “Balandchek” mahallas participated in the event.

At the meeting, legal clarifications were provided to the population on preventing cybercrime and financial fraud, organizing labor migration on a legal basis, as well as on the essence and content of the Presidential Decree of 4 August 2025 “On Additional Measures to Improve the System of Labor Relations and Vocational Training and to Encourage Employers.”

The lectures were explained to the public in simple terms and through practical examples. In addition, detailed answers were given to a number of questions raised by citizens.
